Actually, no matter how hard we pray, sincerity is what that really matters. To tell the truth, I have heard a true story in which a drunkard prays every single day for his loved ones etc, and he asked the narrator if it is a good prayer. However, the narrator told him that no matter how hard we pray, but without sincerity, it is still NOT a good prayer. The narrator also mentions that the fact that he is still a drunkard proves that his love of sin prevents him from praying sincerely.
May this short but inspiring story bless you. Hallelujah!

If you were praying for the relief of your constipation, be thankful.
