It sounds more like a migrane. Its best to go into a quiet room like your bedroom and lie down...close the curtains as the light can it, don't watch TV, use computer or listen to any music. Shut your eyes and put a cold wet flannel over your forehead. Drink plenty of water and just lie down and relax.
Perhaps take some Ibuprofen or Migraleve tablets but be careful not to take them too soon after your last dosage.

DRINK SOME WATER. The number one cause of a headache is dehydration which causes the blood to be slightly thicker and since the cappilarries in the brain are so tiny it makes it very difficult to move blood throughout it. Drink a glass of water and take a few aspirirn (which also thins the blood) and then keep drinking as much water as you can till the pain goes away. Best wishes

drink lot of water
many times we get headache because the brain shrunks a wee bit due to lack of water in the body
try anadin extra - diff pain killers work on diff people
and get away from the computer screen after you've read this. looking at computer screen strains your eyes and that will only worsen the headache.
lie down in a dark room for an hour or so after having water +
medicine.
if it persists, see a doctor

Paracetamol x 2 every FOUR hours until headache has gone. If it lasts longer than 24 hours - see GP - talk very nicely to Dr and say DF118. These are REAL pain killers.
Warning: they cause drowsiness - obviously don't drive, or operate machinery whilst taking them.

That is a migraine and they suck I get them often and no medication works for me no matter how much I take. Get a towel soak it in cold cold water lay down in a cold dark room and put the rag over your eyes and forehead and sleep it off thats the best way. You can't get prescriptions for something that you have not been diagnosed from a doctor.

work our which part of your head hurts and hit the opposite side on the wall and the pain will move from where your headache was to where you hit your head. But that goes soon enough

Go see a professional to see if you can get any medication for headaches. Try and get some sleep, I know that works for me. Good luck
