i don't know what part of the world you are in but here in Canada the threat is real here in Quebec where i live (in the Montreal area)there are two facilities for sex offenders but most of the time they are full,so sex offenders sometimes wind up in the non protection prison and get ruffed up and end up in solitary confinement which is where they belong because lets face it people they get off way too easy in north America especially since you consider the rate of curing a sexual deviant is next to none and they almost always re-offend

NO buddy! Prison retaliation is as real as it get and not just for child molesters. Just about any crime against or to a child you'll get it. If your a man and you kill or rape a woman, you'll get it.
Basically you'll get it!
You see what happened to Jeffery Dahmer, the inmates stomped his brains out. OUT TO DEATH!
And don't have a crime against a police or correction officer, cause you'll really get it.
You might as well hang yourself!

I've never been to jail, but my uncle was in L.A county for a year for a DUI. He told me that it IS a real threat, and people tend to band against known chold molestors and rapists to make their lives a living hell. I think that's good! They deserve to be punished severely.

I believe its possible.
I feel so bad though hearing during Hurricane Katrina,that the prison guards left the prisoners in their cells to drownd. I hope i'm wrong about that it makes me feel emotional.

I have heard that also. Maybe they will be scared [AWE GEE] I know you said alleged and if they didn't do it I feel sorry for them. But if they did put them in general population.
