About a 240 lb Grouper/Jewfish
I Also Caught "Bubbles The Whale" at MarineLand USA (just north of Los Angeles) and transported to Sea World San Diego ...
I'll guess the weight at 6000 pounds.
Now a fish story......
But I hooked into something gigantic once off of Santa Catalina
I swear it was a Whale or LochNess cuzz I was hooked real good and the fish or mammal was slowly spooling me for 3 1/2 hours - Line gone - 80 lb test - no clues - but exciting for the first 20 minutes.......
Whats your Best Fish Tale ????
