Opinion question! But what is the meaning of hotter. Its kinda racial too but I like all women. I think it depends on the women and the race isn't really the factor.

Saw a show on primetime last night that said Black women are 23% more likely to have aids than their white female counter parts ages 20 to 44.
The show aired Thursday August 24 and said that AIDS was the primary cause of DEATH in the Black Community HERE IN THE UNITED STATES.
Primary Cause was that Black Men have Lower Education levels. That led to more Crime and Drug addiction where they shared needles in their drug abuse. Their crimes eventually placed them in prison where 68% of them took place in Homosexual encounters.(from state studies showing rise in AIDS in prison).
When Black men are released from prison they begin to have multiple relationships with various female partners infecting them with the AIDS virus.( studies showed an increase in AIDS cases in women where the former inmates where released). Further more Black Women Have a 46% higher rate on other forms of STD's which help fuel the spread of AIDS. Again thanks to their BLACK MALE PARTNERS.
When i saw this show last night I personally felt to things. Sorrow for the women and HATE towards the men.
So to answer your question....
Black women certainly have reason to be HOT. But not for the reasons you where thinking.

i noticed mostly black women has a huge butt and very thick lips and for me i find it not pretty..
natural tan skin women are more hotter dont you think?

God doesnt give all in a single.
If an woman is too much white-beauty she got complexity more and doesnt have super sex power but she got most attractive power to attracks a man.
Black beauty got vice versa.She attracks less(may be) by a man but got very nice and super sexual power what a man deserve mostly.
And you know "Sex is the destination of love"

They arent....Latino women are the hottest...but only a few black girls are hotter than most white women...black girls have better T&A most of the time, but their faces arent better.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
It´s just a personal preference. You are simply more sexually attracted to darker women as opposed to lighter women.
