I'm curious to know what you think those ingredients are......


It really has to do with preparation of the different dishes.

I don't find that many of them taste very different. But, mexican food is all about the sauces. That's what causes the different tastes. Plus, some are fried which always causes a different flavor.

Each ingredient adds or takes away a little so, therefore, the different taste. Also the amount of each ingredient. Have a good day. (Think, the difference a little salt can make)

And there's the spices. Just a little less or more of any of them changes the taste of the whole dish.

Sometimes it's fried, sometimes grilled, sometimes baked, it's the preparation. I mean, Italian food is all pasta, sauce and cheese right? But lasagna is different from rigatoni.
