I know how you may feel. I was like that when I was growing up and as a teen had a tendency to always stress or worry about every little thing. I became an introvert. I played the piano, gymnastics etc. and had a lot to be proud of but I never was.

Once I set out small goals for myself, I seemed to gain confidence. I started to communicate with my mom a little more. She was always yelling at me, so was my father. They belittled me all the time. Maybe that is why I was like that.

Now I am a bit of a planner and when I cross things off of my list I feel good. I am an owner of a business with seven employees and nobody would ever guess how shy and nervous I used to be.

My first full-time job, my boss told me I would never last. Well, I had no choice. I stayed and proved him wrong, after 3 and a half years I gave him notice and he offered me the world, which would be the equivalent of a person eating their words.

Just goes to show you that you can become self confident and worry-free with a little direction.
Wynn Claybaugh has a great site called be nice or else....I listened to him before he made it big fourteen years ago....try him.

Perhaps depression. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder maybe. Social anxiety. It depends on so many things. I am on Zoloft for this, amoung other things & it works great for me. You can finally act normal again. Talk to your family doctor. Especially if you find yourself crying a lot or thinking about suicide. Trust me, they won't think you are weird. It's very common these days. The lifestyle that everyone lives is so hectic. Take care.

you worry too much over things that you have no control over. it's called anxiety. you may also be a controlling person, which will cause anxiety because you cannot control everything or everyone around you. you need to lighten up, and only try to deal with things you can change. you need to go easy on yourself, and know that other people can take care of business too. you don't have to be in control all of the time to know that everything will be okay. take time out just for you. put your worries in god's hands, then relax. you are allowed to.

The disease is life and hers what to do.

Take 20 -30 minutes every day just for YOU and noone else. I would recommend a walk or listening to music. The walk is prob better as it is light exercise as well.

Perhaps you always have alot on your mind about things. I suggest you set some alone time for yourself just to relax and watch television or go on the computer just for a bit and enjoy yourself. Maybe you can get someone to help you out with your daily activities if it is becoming too much for you to handle by yourself.

I am easily get stress out too, I am also a stressful person, my stress mainly comes from work. What I do is to do other things to draw my attention away from the stress, e.g. seeing a movie, shopping, cooking. To avoid the stress to become serious, I always remind myself that this is only stress, things might not that bad in real life.
