Boxers are highly prone to cancer and it manifests itself most often as 'bumps' under the skin. Unfortunately, if it is cancer, there is very little you can do for her yourself but she will need to get to the vet as soon as you can manage it to find out for sure. Good luck with her!

I may depend on your dog's age. Our dog is 11 almost 12 & she also has lot of "soft" lumps & some smaller hard almost wart like lumps. Our vet said it is very common in older dogs & there has been nothing to worry about as she is fine--the vet told us this over a year ago. However, I would still 'err on the side of caution' & check with your vet since this is the first time you've noticed them or if your dog is young & just for your own peacef mind. And of course, for your precious dog's health!

These lumps could also be hives. It could be an allergic reaction to something she came in contact with or ate.
My boxer came in from outside one day and had bumps all over his body and was very itchy but still very hyper and active. Vet said it was a "classic Boxer allergic reaction". Cleared up quickly with benadryl and steroids. It took some time and patience to find out what he was allergic to, but after 3 more breakouts, we found out it is fire ants causing the reaction.

They are probaby just fatty tumors - they get them all the time - keep an eye on the size and location of each one and have your vet check them out.

They are probably just lymphomas (fatty tumors) and not really harmful. See if they move around easily under the skin, like balls or something. Cancer tumors are more fixed. Get her to the vet when you can though as they can grow rather large and be bothersome to her (and look disgusting)

Could just be fatty tumors...harmless. But the key word is she is a Boxer...they are prone to Cancer. Do not let this wait, you may be able to have them removed before the Cancer spreads...
