Not neccesarily. it could mean you have some other problem, mental or physical that keeps you in the relationship. Or it could mean that he's a good guy in most respects and those good qualities balance out his being a moron enough that you are willing to overlook it.
By moron i assume you mean not very bright. If you mean the guy is a tool then yea if you continue to date him there is something wrong with you,
