I am here in VA and we have Virginia Housing Coalition. They help people with low income to purchase a house and also first time buyers with little or no interest at all.. Good Luck..

A good realtor will be able and willing to help you with everything that you need to know and do to buy a house. They know about all of the various programs that are available and should be able to help you choose the right one.

Try habtat for humanity.You actually have to put man hours in to build someones elses home its called sweat equity.Or you could try HUD housing.

if you do have a banking account try getting a goverment grant ....they give away the money for free and never have to pay it back its simple ....they can give you a grant for anything just go to www.govermentgrants.com trust me im looking into it
