These are all types of winds. The Chinook is a mild wind that happens during the winter and sweeps over the plains. It is especially prevalent in the Alberta area, around February, when it can melt several feet of snow in an afternoon.
Sukhovey is another regional wind, in Eastern Europe, the Scirocco is a desert wind. Each is special in that it is an infrequent wind, found only during specific seasons of the year, and is confined to a specific region.
Now it's my turn to ask a question. Why didn't you simply pop these words into the Yahoo search slot and find out for yourself what they were?

Chinook is a type of helicopter, sled dog and a fish (salmon I believe).
Sukhovey is a Russian Sports Car
Scirocco is a car and a type of wind.
So, I'd guess that maybe somebody made a 'chinook' car so they are all types of cars. OR you could say they are all types of transportation (two cars, one helicopter).
