i'm unable to take photos using tape mode in camcorder now previously it was ok what 'ld i do?

sony handycam, i get photos in memory stick.when i use tape it says "cannot record still images".

probably transfered stuff from your PC to camcoder u need to foramt the media card that support the snap shots
