Please don't take the advise of people saying to leave him. Unless you're only in this relationship for sexual gratification to begin with, it's a very shallow thing to do. The easiest things to would be, for him to masturbate beforehand, more foreplay, taking it slow, and see if he'll try a cock-ring. Above all else, this is something you should be talking to him about, if you're mature enough to have sex, then you should be mature enough to talk about it. You need to make him understand that he must prolong foreplay, as, "let's do it" while climbing into the back of the truck is NOT real foreplay!

Getting a different boyfriend for sex is ridiculous and a very cold thing to do, people cannot help what their bodies do.
