Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

For stomach the best hair removal is wax. It is a good idea to buy a cream for after wax use and before waxing prepare the area by using a body scrub.

For neck u better ask a beautician's help. There is a method used in professional beauty salons: Hair removal with the help of electricity (don't know the exact name of the method - it doesn't hurt AT ALL)

Good luck

Try using the Nair cream. That's the only thing that really works for me. And after you wipe off the cream, try putting lotion ( I reccommend Jergen's Shave Minimizing Moisturizer.) Good Luck!
