Get in touch with your local church and they will explain everything that is needed.

In the Catholic church there is usually some kind of meeting before the Baptism to ensure you know what it is about, what will be happening, what you need etc.

Does the Bible record any iinstances of infant baptisms? Water baptism is a way for a Christian to publicly confess that he is a believer. Water baptism is not going to save your soul. Jesus said "You must be born again." (John chapter 3)

no but I love to have had her baptised but i was adbvisede by the vicar to wait until she was old enough to undertsnd it all and take it in not sure you will need to contact the bishop and the head of the parish to help you,.

Why would you need to do this? Babies have no sin and I find it amazing any parent can think this.
