machine will not do a wash because it goes into demo, and just goes into a dry spin!

Ariston. Try sending an email to handbooks@indesitcompany.com although they will only supply one for washing machines under 12 months old. For Ariston washing machines over 12 months old, there would be a small charge. You should be able to order an Ariston instruction book over the phone using a card - 08709 077 077

Maybe your electonics board within the machine is faulty - call the engineer.

have you turned it off at the mains for a minute and then turned it back on?
