No because if the kid grows up and becomes a great Dr., the mother is still in pain from that raping and the raper is in jail for raping others, what justification is there for what happen? The Dr. becomes a drunk, the mother lived unhappy and the raper is in jail living off tax money. The mother dies with an fulfilling life, the Dr. gets married and has 3 girls, the sons of the raper that is in jail, rapes the Dr's 3 girls and they have 3 sons, and it starts all over again. There is no plan and after the fact knowledage is crazy.

In a word, yes.

Anything that happens is according to his plan. Unless of course his plan doesn't always work out, which raises other questions.

Perhaps that child grows up and becomes a great leader who brings peace to the middle east, or a brilliant doctor who finds a cure for cancer or AIDS, and it was all part of the plan. Perhaps the kid becomes a mass murderer. Maybe the baby dies within a week of being born- still part of the plan.

These are a few issues which must be considered in pondering the possible existence of a god...

there is a scripture that says what the devil meant for evil God will turn into our good! So no it was not Gods destiny to have the person raped, there is a devil loose. But God owns all the souls, including a rape victims child!

That is the majesty of God to be able to bring something good out of something bad. In this case a man has sinned yet God is able to make it into something good. The best view of this was Him sending His only begotten Son, Jesus, who men killed on the cross. This was the greatest sin ever yet God used it for the greatest good ever by through it bringing forgiveness of sin for all His people. For man a great sin, yet for God a great act of mercy and grace bringing salvation even to some who had crucified Him.

God's plans are much larger than the carnal world. Understand unlike man God is eternal his plans reflect that. All that is of this world will perish. It is a waste if your only plans are only worldly they will perish with you. Man came from dust and will return to it without God's plans..It is his plan that mankind be saved and have eternal life with him.

God gave man a free will. God did not cause that woman to be raped, the maniac who did it caused it. Don't blame God for things he didn't do.

God, being omnipotent, can see all outcomes to our choices of free will. He may have a plan for us, but it is up to us as individuals as to what we actually DO. The plan would have to be everchanging.
