I think a guy that is metro-sexual could be either hot or a pretty boy- he typically is very self absorbed. A hot guy doesn't necessarily have to be self absorbed- and I think is the better of the two..

Hot, because pretty is more about your face while hot is pretty much about your whole appearances which is what metrosexual is.

Metro-sexual doesn't necessarily have anything to do with how "cute" you are, it has to do with how well you take care of yourself. Any guy - no matter how "cute" or "ugly" can be metro-sexual.
