I think it could be if stated differently. An e-flat can be sharp in pitch. The way you typed it is not a word or musical term. If it was it would have to be an enharmonic way of saying E natural.

Cant have e flat sharp - it doesnt exist. Any sharp or flat notes are basically the black keys on a piano, sharps going up one semi tone, flats going down
I guess an e flatsharp would cancel the other out?! haha! So really its an E??? (I'll stop now)
