I am a American married to a Filipino. The United States government will not let my wife come here till i can comply to all there demands and pay them a out rages amount of money. Now some of you may want to change your answers. But there is really no different.
When you are being held from going where you like and have to pay someone. It the same as kidnapping or being held for Ransom.
