I just completed a Nutrition class that covered food safety, let's see what I remember...
As long as you store the unbaked dish in the refrigerator, it should be fine. The ideal would be to bake it in an oven at the reception site to minimize the amount of time it spends between 140° and 40° (the "danger zone" for foods as it's the temperature range that encourages bacterial growth). The maximum amount of time we were taught to allow foods to sit before serving was 20 minutes, but there might be some wiggle room there if baking on site is impossible.

you can always prepare the pasta and keep that in the fridge, and then the morning of the wedding (if your not in the wedding party-too much stress) you can add the rest of the ingredients cover and place back in the fridge. and then you can bake this prior to the reception.
