The Best Answer is Contect your Service Provider only
Rest is the try only.If you Don't know What is POP3
Hire Some Professional persons only
Think Security

If you want to fight with viruses and Related brotherhood
then Try Mail,mx with the service name before
Don't Disturb a system Untill you don't know what you are doing
Or Try your Luck, knowledge,Passions during downtime

It depends on what kind of email you're using. If you're using Yahoo Mail, for instance, then yes, it would be POP3. You'll need to go Yahoo Mail and look for the POP3 and SMTP servers. They'll even give you a walkthrough of how to do it.
