The most widespread in the world is Christianity (including all protestant sects), next is the Baha'i Faith (according to Encyclopedia Britannica record in 1992). As for dominance (physical, intellectual or spiritual?) it would be hard to say.
Perhaps, true religions don't seek any kinds of dominance, but their only purpose is to attract people to worshipping the One True God in the service of peace, prosperity and progress to all mankind as a spiritual family under His eternal and boundless Love.

I'm not sure what you mean by "dominant", but 33% of the world's population, according to a 2005 survey, is Christian and 21% is Muslim. 16% are non-religious, 14% are Hindu. 6% each are primal-indigenous, Chinese traditional and Buddhist. .36% are Sikhs, and .22% are Jewish.

Self-worship. All the rest worship Jesus Christ.

Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

John 10:9 - I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. (Jesus)
