We have had several discussions on this point and can come up with no definitive answer. It appears that some titties can be classed as breasts dependant on size or age or both, and some breasts can be classed as boobs, again dependant on size and/or age, but titties never seem to be classed as boobs. However a woman over about 45 invariably has breasts or boobs but never titties and a woman under 25 can have titties or breasts but only boobs if they are truly massive. Does anyone have any better guidelines?

you have far too much time on your hands! all the words your useing mean the same thing, so it doesnt matter whether you call them boobs titties breasts etc there basically breasts every woman has them, some develope them young some are slightly later on. it doesnt really matter.

To me its not size but audience. Breasts is the nice term used in discussions with family and doctors. Boobs is for use with friends and t1ts is a sexual term more for partners. This is a bit of an over simplification but it seems generally sound.

It's all down to hormone levels and genetics. Women who matured early tend to have daughters who mature early.
Breast size is also determined over time by number and frequency of pregnancies, which enlarge the breasts due to lactation. If you never get pregnant and never lactate, your breasts won't have that type of expansion.
