No but then what if they went on to rape other people? Wouldn't you feel terrible? Last thing we need is rapists with HIV.

I think if I was in danger of being raped, I would tell them I had HIV even though I do not. But then, I hope I would also have a more direct means of self-defense.

i dont know, it may stop the psycho from raping you in the first place so i guess you could use it as a way to escape the situation that would be the only reason i would tell them i wouldnt worry about the ethical side of it all at the end of the day they are not normal people and dont deserve such respect

Well if you were to be raped, and it didn't happen yet, and you didn't want to be raped, sure it might change your mind. I would also tell him I have syphilis, or gonorrhea, or Herpes and they are in a break out period... So if he wants to rape me then take his chances. Maybe he would think twice. Maybe he would relax to thing twice, and you could use the opportunity to get away.
Hell this is the on time in your life when lying is good to do.

Yes. If it stopped him from raping me. Just because I had the disease wouldn't mean that raping me for be right. I would want to live the remainder of my life without the horror of being a rape victim.

If it were to stop him from raping you, yes. I wouldn't tell him to protect him from the virus though. if he's the kind of bastard that rapes people, I really don't care if he contracts a deadly disease.

A) if you are being raped, there is no time for talking.. You can probably tell him at some point But he might think you are lying.
B) Hell no I wouldn't tell him.. Die.
