And your proof? the existence of god is a matter of opinion. You are entitled to yours and we who believe in His existence are entitled to ours. Why don't we just agree to disagree rather than trying to coax others to believe what we believe in?

Yeah, a lot of people in the World Trade Towers found that out when they prayed to God and then went to their deaths. Same with thousands of people who prayed that hurricane Katrina would not harm them. But people like to hang on to their crutch and continue to be superstitious. And millions in the world wars.
See the attached site and read some of the information. For doubters, maybe you can let us know what God is doing right now that is more important than intervening in the middle East situation.

What makes u think that? Just look around u. The wonderful universe so systematically built.
Don't you think this was designed and created by a master designer ? Is it not stupidity to imagine that it came into existence on its own without anyone's interference ?

Well, you can't just shout that in the face of a religious person. A religious person has a faith in what they believe in, and in order to convert a religious person into an atheist, you need to find something to take the placce of the religion in their lives.
The sad fact is that religion will continue to spread intolerance and ignorance through the society for a long time to come, probably as long as there are humans left on this planet.

Well, it is your personal belief. Don't state your belief as illusions of truths.
In my view, you are on the same level as those who claim as true that "God does exist". Both sides try to convince others that they hold the "truth", whereas it is only their personal belief.
I don't trust anyone who claims "God does exist" "God doesn't exist".
I just see people who aren't aware of their own beliefs. That's what I realize.

I choose to believe He does exist.
If you choose not to, then that's fine.
But I have to ask - why belittle someone with an different belief than you?
If it turns out that you are right and I am wrong in believing - then it sucks for me. I can live with that.
But if it turns out that I am right and you are wrong - will it matter? We won't have any power to change any outcome.
I feel its better to let people believe what they want to believe. If some want to discuss, good - just keep it friendly. Because in the end - we all choose our own paths. No one has the right to tell another their spiritual path is wrong.

Bella, i appreciate what you are trying to do, but people like you and i can't touch people who "believe" in some supernatural, invisible parent figure who looms over us in the sky. They take the bible, koran and other documents so seriously and blindly, that they may never see through the corruption. Religion was created to control the masses, and keep the wealthy, well, wealthy, and it has worked, to the point, that there are few of us willing to understand that god is a creation of man.

In John 8 : 47 Jesus said....He that is of God heareth God`s words : ye therefore hear them not , because ye are not of God.............Your opinion will truly be answered when that last breath of life leaves your body , and you will see for yourself whether He exist or not . We as Christians , while we are alive , choose to believe that God is real and exist by Faith and His Word !! We are ready for His reward for being faithful and accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior !! Don`t you unbelievers realize that !!

If god does not exist..
you don't exist..
I don't exist..
Nothing exists..
If it were not for god, nothing would have ever existed.
You need to realize that..

I realize that you're in serious, deep denial of Gods existance. I know you're reaching at straws, trying to make yourself feel good by asking such a quesiton, hoping that people will back you up.
Not gonna happen, buckwheat- there is a God, he is alive, and he will have a little chat with you someday.
