Icebox Cake...and I think my fiance would be slightly upset if I made the cake for someone else before him.

My favorite kind of cake is a boxed cake (I'm lazy sometimes). I think Duncan Hines makes it but it is soooooooooo good! It's called Orange Dreamsicle cake and it's very delicious. Usually I prefer chocolate cake but this cake is incredible. It's got an orange flavored cake, orange liquid that you put inside the cake, and orange flavored whipped cream frosting. I know that I could make it homemade but like I said, I'm lazy sometimes.

This is the cake I make for my birthday, I am a chocoholic. I get two pre-made chocolate mud cakes(really rich ones) and then cut each in half so I have four. Then build layers with jam(jelly for americans plum,apricot or blackberry) whipped cream, black cherries, apricot halves, halved strawberries and drizzled melted chocolate. Its really easy to make but I'll make it if I have to but I can't guarantee you will get a slice :)

Victoria Sponge with jam and butter icing in the middle. Either that or lemon drizzle made with real lemons and not the articificial flavourings.
