It is better to take your clues from your natural hair color rather than you skin color. With untreated virgin hair, does your hair lighten in the sun - and if so what color does it lighten to? If it lightens to red highlights your hair will look very artificial trying to make it blonde. If it lightens to lighter shades of gold browns then it would be easy to blend lighter highlights to give you a much lighter look. The key to pretty hair color is that it doesn't look overdone and harsh. Think of beautiful make-up: Blending is always better than covering.
Be Colorful.

I disagree. Beyonce and Ciara look horrible with their blonde hair. Blonde hair looks awful on alot of Caucasion people, so it definitely looks bad on a person of color. If you're a Black woman you just stick to different shades of brown and maybe a few highlights.

No. If something the alternative is actual. somebody with fairer epidermis and mild-weight hair might look extra useful with a lighter liner like a chocolate brown somewhat of black. women with dark epidermis look large with a black liner. Pencil liner for daylight hours, and liquid or gel liner at night for a extra dramatic result.

I think the darker your skin is,the darker your hair should be..I think you should either dye it darkest brown or black...I think black would look really good with your color skin but if you dont want to go quite that dark then just go with darkest brown.

Well, your natural hair will be the best but if u wanna dye it, just dye certain parts not the whole hair. Try light colours like pink.

a cinnamon or burgundy color would probably compliment your complexion...If you want to go lighter, try looking into the various shades of bronze or blonde..think about a rinse as opposed to a semi or perm. color as it gives you more versatility to change your mind...also, make sure you either have the color professionally done or read the instructions very carefully as failure to do so may result in crazy colors, or worse hair & scalp damage!
