There are not any that work well. Most give you translations like "Certain you stay him also". that make no sense. Anyone who tells you differently is NOT bilingual and does not know what they are talking about.

You can try babelfish or worldlingo, both provide free translation if you are wanting just standard text to write someone. If you want something translated, such as a website or documents there is a fee for that.
