Do any of you know how to make baileys type drinks at home? My friend used to have a recipe which worked really well, but she moved to Australia and we lost touch so I can't ask her.

Dont bother , it is more satisfying to buy it cheap at Lidl if you have a store near you., It is their version of Bailies. Great with ice cubes OR try www.recipezar.com OR www.diningintheiiland.comrecipe-704-bailies-irish-creme.htm
