she always reads something on the net and laughs out laudly ..it looks so stupid an irritating .......all the time addicted to internet . and watch serials ..on the net ...what do u comment about this behavior?

There's nothing strange about it. She's addicted to surfing the net. That's all. If you don't control your irritation, then your behaviour will appear to be strange to other people. Don't lose your cool over these small matters.

What appears weird behaviour to you could be her norm! But then i wouldn't know because i would to see her at it.
If it makes you feel uncomfortable maybe you could try to chat to her? Ask her if you can share in the joke or whatever and see what she says.

Does she ever do any work? If she is keeping you from getting your work done, then maybe you need to speak with your supervisor or leadperson and explain to them what she is doing. If she is getting her work done, and is not keeping you from getting your work done, then just let it be.

It's wierd to you, but for her it's normal. leave her alone. Everyone is wierd to someone.
