Your body only absorbs so much protien in one sitting. Then it is dispelled out of the body. If you are working out would recommend 1 gram per 1 pound of body weight. For example: If you weighed 150LBS. You would ingest 150 grams of protien. But not all in one sitting. Spread it out to 3-5 times a day.
