My boyfirend took several unflattering naked pictures of me, many when I was drunk or blacked out. He will not show me the pictures. He says he doesn't have them.
He jokes around and says he sold them and that I'm famous on a website. I'm not sure if he is joking or if that is what he did. How do I find websites like that? What should I do? Do I have any rights?

You always have rights. Speak to an attorney to find out what they are.

U SHOULD REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE ! Trust me,..make a Police Report & file a Law Suit ! If he took them against ur consent, it's a FELONY & if he puts them on the web or show to friend, that is called Defemation of Character & Expossing pornografic material without consent. Believe me, he will make BIG time in Jail. Mail to him the Police Report Copy & file the Law Suit. He will be a good Boy then. Also file a restraining order against him while u at it in the Police Office.

Forget about the photos since they may not exist. The more important thing to worry about is your behavior. You sound low class......what is this drunk and blacked out stuff??? Why are you acting like that? Why would you have a relationship with someone who would snap photos of you??? I suggest you clean up your act, sweetie and choose better people to hang with. As far as any photos on a website......you asked for it.

That's not funny. I'd start by dumping him and making sure you've got a legal stance. You might be able to claim model fees which are extortionate enough to get him to destroy the images, or claim copyright ownership / that he published them without permission and have a court enforce the return or destruction of the originals. Either way, he's not a nice man and you'd be well rid of him.

You had the right to keep your clothes on and not lay all blacked out for someone to use your naked body in a bad way. He is your boyfriend and he should have known better than to do that to you. Leave his *** and reclaim some of the dignity you still have.

You said this is your boyfreind as in present tense...
Yes you have rights. Being you did not sign a release and have not been paid a modeling fee you have all rights to those pics.
Ask him for them, tell him you are serious. Let him know that you will take legal action against him if you do not get them.
Nude, passed out, was there sex involved- this could be considered involuntary rape....let him know that!

Tell him this is not a joke, so stop joking on such serious matter and tell him to give the photos back to you, otherwise he can stick those into his *** cause you dump him. You don't want him to laugh on it 100 years from now on. Tell him you don't give a s**t on what he's doing with those photos, cause you mean more than just a body.

This is very serious. You should let some authority know about this situation. You never know what he'll do with such pictures. But make sure you do it quietly without his knowing it. Your boy friend has some peculiar sense of humor.

if you can prove that he sold the photos you can sue him for damages, however if he gave them away the best you can do is get them pulled off of any offending websites that may have them. you would probably just have to search alot of amature porn sites looking for your pics, grab your favorite chair, favorite toy and a glass of wine and have fun.

half your answers is stupid.
welcome to the web! theres nothing you can do except prove they were sold, and sue.
my question is with 1 million other naked girls on here.......who cares. what are the chances of anyone really ever knowing that it is you?
anyone could take your yearbook photo and paste it onto a body of a porn star and there you are........
next time tell him you put his picture on gaypersonals........better yet do it.
