vitamin k is a natural coagulant but you may simply need to have your physician lower your dosage of anticoagulant if you feel that there is a problem

Hemolytic anemia is not a coagulation disorder.
There are vaious anticoagulation therpies such as heparin, warfarin, low molecular weight heparins (Clexane or enoxaparin).
Anti -dote to these include vitamin K (for warfarin), protamine sulfate (for heparin or clexane) and fresh frozen plasma (for all three).

Question is not clear. Haemolytic anaemia does not lead to anti coagulation if it is not associated with any other disease. Vit K is the anti dote to many of the oral anticoagulants.

dont mess with that stuff yourself, thats really dangerous. see your doc if you have concerns. coagulation therapy has a very narrow safety window of too much or too little
