aerobic is an effective weight reducing program...as long as you keep it with a good diet..you gain weight if you eat too much..thats it.

Aerobic exercises done at least 5 times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes daily is good for your heart as well as to reduce weight.
During the exercise your heart must really work up. A simple rule is to reach a heart rate = 190 (minus) your age. If you are 25, try to reach a heart rate of 165 beats per minute for maximum results.
Once you start exercising, you may feel hungry. Take salads and low calorie foods. Stop the extra food once you stop exercising. Then you will not gain weight on stoppage of exercise.
All of us must exercise daily. So why to stop?

Yes, it is good for losing weight. However, just because you achieve your desired weight doesn't mean you can stop, because you will gain it all back without exercise.
Daily Exercising is a lifestyle, not just a means to an end. Stick to an exercise regimen you can stay with for the rest of your life to keep youself trim and fit.

Yes, Not only Aerobics but any excerise if u do ur weight will be lost but once u stop doing that ur weight will increase than before.

yes it help reduce weight & tone ur body.but once u stop & u didnt control ur diet u will gain weight very soon.
if u going for earobic dont eat after that & u can see the result faster.
