Piracy rules in India and Pakistan.
Here (Pakistan) you can find complete version of Autocad for about Rs 700.
I think same will be the case in india.

go to google search 4 morpheus, download it. then install it. start it, then use it to seach for autocad, the search results will be vast, make sure you choose a compresed format(rar,zip) to avoid viruses, the downloads ARE FREE!
