Just u must believe that's God / Allah say that's, every one on this earth have time his life will end ....

so u r one of those so maybe u will die 2mrow ... maybe after 1 year maybe after 30 years maybe after 60 years .... so u don't know when u will back to God ....

so the best think to do is u must do the best and good things in ur life u will have it on this life ...

don't thinking so much in death ...bcs of that's thinking u will die inside of you from these thoughts , b4 for real u will die , even maybe u will reach 100 years ...

so its easy ...just go on with ur life , do the best for ur self and ur family and others and the human and the life its self ....

so when u be good person and be close for the God ... u won't afraid from the death ... bcs any one will take with him to face God his work in this life ...if it was good or bad ....so do the only good things in ur life as i told u above and go on with ur life ...

and stop thinking in the death BCS THATS WONT CHANGE ANYTHING FOR U .IF U THINKING IN THATS OR NOT

hope i helped u ....

God / Allah bless u

has someone close to you died recently? just tell everyone you know you love them give them a little extra attention do some good deeds to make you feel better and in the end you wont be so preoccupied with death. if it really bothers you call a grief counceling center and they may provide more answers for you

If you are religious, pray that those thoughts will be taken away from you. If you are not, read humorous books, watch comedies, go out with friends, have happy experiences. That is, after work. Hopefully you have a job you like and one that doesn't encourage those thoughts.

Include some positive people in your life. See a therapist if you can. Try to determine what is causing these thoughts. Has something traumatic happened to you? Talk to others about it.

You need to talk to a specialist. If the fear is great it can be paralizing. There is medication you can take for panic attacks, for depression, anxiety, and they can teach relaxation exercises and find out the root of your stress/unhappiness so you can overcome it. Good luck

do some useful things to keep occupied..do good things, do charity, do prayers, love all live..and you will not fear death and also you should not be afraid of death, bcoz it's inevitable... everyone has to go thru this stage and no escape..

You must accept death as a reality of life! Then you won't have a problem with it! I believe that we all have a problem with it until we accept it! There may well come a time that you will welcome it as there many who do and I don't mean via suicide!
