soak methi seeds overnight. next morning make a paste out of it. add lemon drops and curds to this paste. now start applying this paste all over your hair, giving attention to the parts where you find more dandruff. keep this paste in your hair for atleast 45 minutes. afterwards rinse your hair thoroughly and dry it. you my repeat this process after every 3 days for one month. to your surprise, your hair is clean without dandruff. start right away.

Maybe the shampoo is not right for you. Change brand and stick to the one that helps. My brand of shampoo has been with me for years!

use olive oil on your hair before going to sleep, wish your hair with normal water only(not hot/not cold water).
drink a glass on milk every night before going to sleep.
use only olive oil products related to hair care. you will find you hair strong and beautifull.
