I have always heard that the answer to the problem is in the problem itself. I have also heard that we can cope better with a problem if we can look at it a different way.

accept what you can't change and pray for God to help you do this. it does work even if it takes time. God knows everything and He can show you a way out of anything.

It's interesting that you're 'toobusytotalk', because talking about our problems and situations can be one of the best ways to see them in a different light. It's easy to think and re-think an issue the same way over and over, like a 'loop', but when we talk, we are more likely to continue an idea to the next step or level. It's a concept that a lot of therapies are based on, and we often find ourselves answering our own questons.

Another idea might be to re-define what we see as problems. I don't know what you are dealing with and don't want to minimize your issues, but sometimes if we can look for the benefits of our difficulties, such as what did I learn, how can this help me grow, or how can I use this experience to help others in my life, it may not solve our problems, but help us to make peace with them.

It would be nice if we could become problem free. But you can't. However, people typically add stress, and increase their problems by over-reacting to them.
Bad things do happen. It is up to you to make the best of it. And, you may find that you are much closer to problem-free if you maintain a good attitude.
Maybe you remember the "spoonful of sugar" tune from Mary Poppins? I know that's hoaky. But the idea is sound.

I have found (over the past 40 years), people have the answers buried in their mind already...Associative thoughts often bring this to the surface. Where they can have recognition of it... They usually find it so simple. Yet knowing they have thought about it before, but it seemed to just flit away. Without allowing the realization of how important it really was.

Ask yourself will anything you do have any impact at all on the universe? We are ants on a dirt mound floating in space. Enjoy life it's fading as we speak.

Accept the things you can't change, and move on. Life is too short to do otherwise.
