Its Her way of saying "Hey Mom, I'm SOOOOOOOO HAPPY your Home and Boy have I Missed You.. I have always said if I could find a Man as Happy to See Me come Home (no matter if gone 1 hr or all day) and just Thrilled to Be Near Me as much My Min Pins are I'd Be Blessed and "The Happiest Woman Around"

No matter what kind of day I've had or how Horrible I feel when I get Home Its Impossible not to "feel" better and smile at the "LOVE" my Min Pin Kids have for Me..

You hear barking? Hmmm weird... I hear my dog speaking english. She is a 4 year old lab and I think she has a touch of ADD because she is always hyper but she does talk to me. She is telling me how happy she is that I am home and is telling me all about what she has doena nd what she wants to do. As soon as I give her voice commands or a hand signal she calms down and heels as we walk so even though she is still amped up she behaves. If she is just barking she is just saying hello and showing how much she loves you and missed you. If she is jumping on you and stuff and training is needed but if shes is just barking there's no real problem. Talk back to her.

Lol I have a Mastiff and a Black Lab and neither bark at me when they see me! They simply wag their tails super fast, shake their butts like crazy and smell the heck out of me.
Little dogs are a lot more hyper though maybe this is her way of "waggin her tail"

She's telling you that she's ecstatic to see you home. Get down on her level and pet her and she'll stop barking a lot faster than if you don't.

It's because she knows you are her master. You are the one who takes care of her, feeds her, pets her, lovers her, etc. You esencially are her world... when you see your mom in the store do you just walk right by her or do you say hi and talk to her?? It is the same thing.

This is a happy gesture just like wagging the tail... only this can be toned down or stopped... just glad to see you i guess...
