just a 9th grader (freshmen) until i make friends anyway but i cant get up early and always need plenty of sleep and no go to sleep early stuff just e-z plain and wakeing up stuff thx

oh man i'm a junior this year and i still hate getting up early!
you wont ever get used to it and you'll dred it every day!
i use 4 different alarm clocks!
2 are beside my bed and set 5 minutes apart
1 is across the room so if the 2nd one beside my bed goes off and i still havent gotten up, it goes off and in order to turn it off, i have to GET UP and turn it off!
the 4th one is in the bathroom so tht i cant go back to bed after turning the 3rd one off! i have ato go into the bathroom and turn it off and once im in the bathroom, im there and im up, so i might as well brush my teeth and get ready!
just dont forget to turn off the rest of the clocks if you wake up by the first one...
dont worry about the first days though,... you'll be so excited you'll probably wake up by 5 AM which is what i usually do...

Set your alarm clock at least an hour or so early and have the snooze function go off every five minutes. The alarm will wake you and you can then slowly wake up over the hour or so before you need to get out of bed.

I dont know how to help you. I stay up late doing homework I let myself sleep until about 6:30 [thats only on days that arent busy].
But when I was in middle school I rode the bus with highschools. Soooo I've been waking up early for years......
Its bad but not that bad cause then on saturdays I dont wake up until about 4:00pm.

when i was yet 10..i used to sleep late and the same as your problem now when i was about to enter high school. and you know what to do?? sleep early and never stay late..finish your assignments before 7 pm so that at 8 you'll get to do things you want before 9.Then at 9, be in bed already and have a good noght sleep...

There is a saying that goes " Early to bed early to rise" and bear in mind before u sleep that you have to wake up early. This will enable your subconcious mind to be on alert.

1) Go to bed around 9:30pm
2) Set your alarm clock and it's best if you have a back up too just in case.
3) Don't drink any caffeine because you can't sleep if you do.

in high school, I always set my clock radio to turn on full blast in the empty room across the hall from mine, on my least favorite station. I couldn't stand hearing loud and terrible music in the mornings so I always had to get up to turn it off. also, when I remembered to, I would bring a cereal bar upstairs so I could eat it as I got dressed, saving time and giving me a boost of energy for the day.

Besides going to bed before 11pm, & setting alarm clock ,I
don't know.
Are you tooooo stressed out? Because when I'm stressed out,
enough sleep doesen't help me. I still feel tired & lazy & out of
sorts.
Also if I'm depressed or just unhappy, I don't benefit from a good
night's rest.

You could try setting more than one alarm. I'm 23 now, and I've needed more than one to get up properly since I was around 13.
