windows defender from microsoft is recommended.
Ad-aware SE personal is another program to be used.
Both can be used together. Both are free.

3.spyware blaster
thes are some of the free anti spyware programmes which are easy to use.
to download them use your search/tool bar.
U can use avg antivirus software along with these. AVG antivirus can be use with Norton,McAfee,Avast,Bitdefender .. and every other antivirus programmes without any problems

Spybot Search And Destroy works good for me. I can't remember the web site I got it from, but it is free. A Google on "Spybot" should direct you to a download site.

well, right now the good antispywares come with a cost.but it's easy to find cracks or keys form sites like

norton antivires version 2003,quik heal 7,are available for free download. norton... is the best anti vires software.

I like and use Spybot and also Ad-aware. Both are free and both work well. Be sure and keep them updated.

the best antivirus software is mcafee,avg,zonealarm,virobot.
