I told a guy that I hardly knew that I thought he was drop dead sexy. Is that like waaay shallow? He's the type of guy that writes love songs and actually has a brain.

i dont think its shallow i think girls should be more open not like slutty or anything just more open and willing to make the first move i personally like it when a girl makes the first move which hardly ever happens but when it does im like wow shes got great confidence and thats pretty attractive to some guys

It's not shallow at all. More women should follow your lead and tell the guys they like how sexy they are to them.

I don't think it's shallow to acknowledge that someone's attractive. It's shallow to base a relationship on it in my opinion, but it could be a reasonable starting point. After-all, if you don't find someone attractive, what's there to encourage you to find out more?

Just look at it as a silly compliment, if he asks.

It's a little shallow, but you also noticed other things about him, so I wouldn't consider YOU shallow, and that's all that matters.
