Just try some exercises that incorporate your own body weight. Situps/crunches, squats without weights(very high number of reps), running, pushups, etc.

basic calisthenics (spelling?) Like what the armed services training does. sit ups, push ups, pull ups, simple stuff. Another good way is boxing. The training is perfect.
