she may have gotten too hot... make sure she gets some water in her so she doesnt dehydrate, and try getting her to eat some canned food... if shes not better, call the vet and get his opinion, sorry im not much help....

Well you really need to get some liquids in her, could you try giving her water through a syringe? She needs to get water, if her gums are white or really pale she is in shock... did she go out yesterday and possibly gotten in a fight or hit by a car?? keep good tabs on her and keep us posted plz!!

good luck!!

Not eating is sometimes normal, but not drinking is different. She may be sick or something. Have her checked by a veterinarian. Otherwise, try giving her half a capsule of amoxicillin 250 mg. She might have an infection trhat you don't know about. Give it to her twice a day and if in two days she still is the same, that is the time you go consult a vet.

I am a dog lover also. I have 3 dobermanns, a german shepherd, and a rottweiler.

Take care

Min Pins Rule... First of all has she had recent vaccines? This can cause flu like symptoms for a few days.. Could she have gotten into anything ? I know my Female loves the trash (she even pulled a huge garbage bag down the hall into my room while I was at work so my brother wouldn't catch her in the trash) Did she do anything different today? (play hard I know they can get quite wound up at times) As long as she is not vomiting and begins to eat within 24 hrs I wouldn't be too concerned. if she gets worse or continues to not take in food or water try to at least get her to take some liquids by pulling her lip out and creating a pocket between her lips and teeth or inside cheek and putting small amounts frequently into her..

For a dog to not drink is not a good sign. There is almost certainly something wrong. It could be that she just got too hot, or that something has changed in her life and she is depressed (only you would know that) but it could be something as serious as parvo. I had a mini Dachshund once that acted like that one day. I took him to the vet and it turned out that he had Parvo. This is a potentially deadly disease that should be diagnosed at once.

She could be in heat, but don't take the chance. go to the vet tomorrow. Check her tongue right now though. You can tell sickness through that easily.

The yellow stuff she's throwing up is bile because there's nothing else in her stomach. You really need to take her to the vet.

That yellow is vile from her stomach when they puke that up they're in big trouble, My dog did he kept puking up vile it he had an blockage in his bowls. That was causing him to puke.

Take him to the vet instead of asking questions on here if you love your dog you will do just that.
