make your 360 page at http://360.yahoo.com and ulpoad your dream pic in and set it to primary image or default image then again come back to Yahoo Answers and pick that picture from your Yahoo Answers profile

Go into your yahoo 360 and post a picture. It's on the right of the My Q&A summary.,

Go to your profile (in MyQ&A) , click on edit my info, and chose the photo option in 360*. you then choose a photo from any files you have on your computer
Or do it through you messenger account - much the same way
