Quoting the Bible as an answer, or saying something about "serving your lord" as an answer?

I only quote the bible when I need to - otherwise I answer like a 'normal' person.

Someone has obviously got your goat over something... how about you deal with that instead?

both are pretty darn creepy. The second one is creepier though I think, because the first one would be depending on the way the person alludes to the bible: either quoting the Bible in an opinionated way or quoting it and claiming it as a fact; if it's in a sarcastic way, I'd be on their side.

Those people freak me out.

The Bible, under the proper premesis, offers answers to certain questions. "Serving the Lord" is a function, not a resource for obtaining information.

World wide, only a minority of Christians adhere to sola scriptura, a doctrine which leads to the illusory attitude that the Bible itself offers answers to all of life's problems.

There's nothing creepy about it. I really dont know what your question is.

The Bible is God's Living Word and the truth. If you read it with the anointing of the Holy Spirit, God will open your eyes to see that it is not only "quoting the Bible" but its revealing the truth because the truth will set you free.

God Bless, my friend

I think someone saying crap about "serving the lord" are creepy and weak. We need strong people to carry on the race. Not feeble minded "servants"

You asking a question like that is pretty creepy....But dude dont let people 's answers get to you...just be absolutely sure that what you believe in is the whole truth and gives you peace...and I can only think of one real truth...but you probably dont want to hear it again...LATER

What's the point of riling them up to prove your point? Somewhere beneath your blind anger and their blind belief are human beings who have been denied and who long to come out to play. You are a bad Buddhist indeed. Bad! Bad! lol

Neither is creepy unless the Lord they serve is one other than the true Lord, Jesus Christ.
