Talk to friends about what is going on .. seek help for any suicide thoughts because that will not solve the problem. Also know that tomorrow is another day that you are blessed with.

I too am a worrier and it's hard not to. The best thing I have found to ease my stress from worrying is to remember 3 things:
1) I did the best I could and there is nothing else I can do, so it's out of my hands now.
2) There's nothing I can do about it anyway. What's going to happen is going to happen, regardless of how much I worry about it, so why put myself through it.
Now this one really sounds pretty petty and selfish but when you are feeling really bad it really does help so...
3) Instead of worrying about whatever it is that you have to worry about, think of someone you know or know of that has it much worse than you do and think what it would be like to be them instead. You will find that what you thought was so important and scary isn't really that bad compared to what it could be.
If you are always in a state of panic you should talk to a Dr. right away. There are medications that can help you until you can figure out just what works for you in managing your worrying. Good Luck and try not to worry. I mean it could be worse, you could be me!

Extend yourself. If all you can do is worry, then you lack application. Perhaps even a job application would do some good at this point. This might not be the most compelling goal, but that's because you're worrying about the job process itself, and that's OK. I avoided work for half a year once because I couldn't get over the worry. Once you get over that, though, and dip your feet into something that is greater than you, you will feel the strain of your fears rise off your shoulders.

Whenever you are worried about something ask yourself "What's the worse that could happen".
My mother taught me that and it has been ever so helpful in my life.
There are also some good books out there like "How to stop worrying and begin living"

Try to get the thoughts in your head that are worrying you, and sort them out in your mind. Find ways that will help you not to. Concintrate on other things, and just put it out of your mind. Tell yourself that everything is going to be ok, and that you can deal with anything that life brings to you. Good Luck.

This is from the Deadman. First find God. If you cant find him then your lost. Taking drugs yea right take them they will lead you to a downward spiral. If you decide to leave it takes great courage. Courage that I do not have. So if you do go I commend you on your courage.

Do something exciting. Bungee jumping is a start and find something to relieve all that anger and stress that you let build up inside of you.
