There is no person in "Hell" at this moment. The Christian teaching of Hell came out of the Puritan movement a long time ago. Those people took a literal view of Heaven and Hell and they are very wrong. There is a judgement period after all of humanity is resurrected and those who reject God will perish in the lake of fire. They will not burn for all eternity. They will utterly die and cease to live for all time.

Yes, Confucious will go to hell, sure. Because God said to Israel: "You shall not have other gods befeore Me." I know some chinese people believe in Jesus, there are some christian websites:

He's dead. Souls are physical and they sleep in the dust when dead. Hell is a short event of erasing people out of existance and paradise is the New Earth.
