Here's what you gotta do:

1. Get a vitamin E capsule (most of them comes in gel capsule form that has a liquid inside. Any brand will do.)
2. Get a needle and pop the capsule.
3. Now get your shampoo bottle and put the liquid vitamin E inside the bottle.
4. Mix the bottle.
5. Use your shampoo.

You'll notice that your hair will grow faster compared before. Trust me, this works. :) I also do this myself. :)

If you have virgin coconut oil at home, you can use this as well. Put it on hair and leave it for at least 30 minutes (You can do this at least 3x a day). Then rinse it off using your shampoo. The VCO can act as your hair lengthener and as your conditioner. :) Goodluck! :)

your hair should get a regular trim, maybe every other 6 weeks or so. this is to get rid of your spilt ends which will continue to split and split until you get rid of them. this is why you think your hair is not growing, its because it splitting. and once your hair splits, there's no way to put it back together, so you have to trim it.

there are genetic reasons envolve involving your thinning hair, this is most commonly due to hereditary hair loss, or androgenetic alopecia. this is hair loss due to 'androgens' that are found on everyone, may it be man or woman.

Women who have hereditary hair loss have hair follicles which are, unfortunately, genetically programmed to turn from the longer, coloured terminal hairs to shorter, vellus-like hairs. Their growing (anagen) phase also becomes shorter and shorter, while a greater percentage of hairs enter the telogen (resting) phase.

you didnt mention if your parents have thin hair too, but that doesn't really matter, The genes for thinning hair are carried on both sides of the family, and can skip generations. So if your parents have thinning hair, it doesn’t necessarily mean you will too. However, if their hair’s thick and healthy, you could still experience hair loss.
